Invitation to Bid: Make Ready Renovations for Apartment Complex in Antioch, TN


Project Overview: Harvest River Partners is seeking bids from qualified subcontractors for floor maintenance services across multiple department store locations in Mississippi. The scope of work includes stripping, waxing, scrubbing, and sweeping floors primarily made of Vinyl Composite Tile and Wood. This project encompasses services for HomeGoods, TJ Maxx, and Marshalls stores throughout the state.


Scope of Work:


  • Stripping and Waxing: Includes the application of six coats of wax after stripping for specific locations.

  • Scrubbing and Recoating: Involves scrubbing the floor and applying three coats of wax.

  • Sweeping and Washing: General floor cleaning as specified for certain stores.


Equipment and Materials:


  • Equipment Provided: The client will supply all automated scrubbing and stripping equipment necessary for the job.


  • Materials Required: Subcontractors are responsible for including the cost of materials in their bids:

  • Stripper Chemical: Estimated need is 55 - 5-gallon buckets (Total estimated cost: $3,176.25).

  • Glossy Wax: Estimated need is 44 - 5-gallon buckets (Total estimated cost: $2,589.40).
