Invitation to Bid: Construction of 4 HPR Residential Homes
Project Location: Nashville, TN
Project Overview: Harvest River Partners is pleased to announce the opportunity for qualified subcontractors to bid on the construction of four single-family infill homes, each approximately 2,344 sq ft. The project is currently underway, and timely submissions are crucial for the upcoming phases.
Bid Requirements:
MEP Subcontractors: Bids must include all materials necessary for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing installations.
Remaining Trades: All other trades are to submit labor-only bids. However, the client requires that each bid includes a separate materials allowance estimate. Please note that the client will purchase all materials directly from vendors. Subcontractors will be responsible for handling all materials supplied by the client.
Materials Handling: Subcontractors are responsible for the pickup, delivery, and management of all materials purchased by the client. This coordination is essential to maintain project timelines and ensure efficient workflow.
Project Status:
The grading, foundation, and initial plumbing crews have been selected and are actively working. As the project is already in progress, we emphasize that timely bid submission and project execution are critical.
